My wife and I will be in Venice next year. We know that there are "cooking classes" available where 5 or 10 would-be chefs gather around a head chef and prepare an Italian meal. My wife is looking for something different. She would like to meet a Venetian family at their private home, cook with them in their kitchen and then sit down with the family at the dinner table and enjoy the fruits of their labor. Is anyone familiar with that sort of arrangement?
