Cooking schools in Italy

Two friends and I are going to Italy June 2015 for 3 weeks to celebrate my 50th birthday and are looking for cooking school recommendations, farm houses or places to stay and to eat. We are interested in site seeing and cooking in Sicily, Florence, Rome, Tuscany/Umbria. We are starting from scratch so any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated for any part of the trip!

If you go to the Ron in Rome website, he lists several cooking schools in Rome.

I am attending Don Alfonso 1890 cooking classes at the end of March. 6 days of Mediterranean cooking in St. Agata, close to Sorrento. Took cooking classes 3 years ago in Calabria, and was amazing!

Hallo, when I was in Tuscany I staid in a farmhouse south of Siena that has a review in Rick Steves' guides. It is Agriturismo Il Molinello close to Asciano (www.molinello.com). It is very central, you can easily reach Siena, Arezzo and Perugia (also Assissi and Spello are less than 1 hour driving), Val d'Orcia and Chianti. The owners (very very nice persons!) orhanize a lot of activities (wine tours, cooking lessons, wine tasting courses, oil tastings) and they can suggest you many itineraries to discover Tuscany or to find cellars and farms to visit.
I really loved the area, crete senesi are amazing and not so crowded as other tuscan areas.
