Any good recommendation?
I took a class from Pino Ficara when he taught in Paris. He was a great instructor. He now has his own cooking school in Rome.

I’ve taken three cooking classes in Italy. These two are highly recommended.
Lucca - Extra Virgin Class

Rome - Cooking class with Chef Andrea

It’s a big country. Which parts are you visiting?
Not a recommendation, but really like the idea of the class in Lucca. We will have 2 days there and my husband would love the class. We would also like to hear more about fun, inventive cooking classes.. Any in Bologna? Thank you.
