We'll be staying in Tuscany for 2 weeks in June and are interested in finding a cooking class in the Chianti region around Radda in Chianti.

My daughter and I booked the most amazing cooking class/wine tour through The Accidental Tourist. Look them up, it was the experience of a lifetime. We made homemade pasta, hung it on wooden drying racks, made a fabulus mushroom sauce (gathered mushrooms from the hillside of an itlaian womens farm house....it was so incredible. Learned about it on Rick Stves from another women and her daughter.
