A friend wants to visit Italy for a bucket list cooking trip. I love Italy but would like to spend some time focused on artworks in Firenze. Could anyone please point me in the best direction for a vaca lasting approximately 15 days? Looking to travel in early spring or fall to avoid crowds, but are flexible. We’re not tied to land, cruise or river- just want to take it easy on the higher end. I’ve river cruised w/ AMA several times and enjoyed it much- loved not having to unpack. Same with Cunard, transatlantic crossing. Thank you in advance for your time, thoughts and opinions!

We booked her in the past and are still talking about her class.
