My husband and I would like to take a cooking class when we are in Varenna. RS recommends Il Caminetto, however when I requested a reservation via email, it bounced back. (I tried sending it twice) So, has anybody out there taken this cooking class, and did you just make your reservation by phone? Any other cooking class tips for this area would be appreciated. Thanks!
