I'll be staying in Sorrento for 4 nights at the end of this month and I'd love to take a cooking class for a few hours or 1/2 day. Anyone know of a such a class.

Mama Agato's cooking class in Ravello is supposed to be the best time in all of Italy (says my friend who attended in July) Anyway, I tried to book for anytime Oct 2-17 and they are booked solid so good luck. See link below: http://www.mammaagata.com/

Try www.cooking-vacations.com. I enjoyed a wonderful experience with them in both Tuscany and Amalfi Coast. They have programs in a large variety of locations.
