Looking for recommendations for cooking classes in the Tuscan countryside for a group of 9. Other notes, we are staying in Florence so ideally find a tour that picks us up in Florence and drops us back off (or how we can easily get out to a countryside). Also would prefer a pasta focused class vs pizza
hey hey karabear113
many different classes offered, i saved a few sites you can check out and rule out what doesn't agree with you. know that tuscany is a very big area so make sure you see what are it's in. looking if they have transportation with your size of group with probably need 2 vans (usually 8 seater or if someone has 15 seat van) or a train for your gang.
eatwith.com/florence
click cooking classes and look at tuscany area
airbnb.com/experiences/florence & tuscany

lovexfood.com
read great reviews about them and the area their cooking class is held
extravirginlucca.com
take a train to lucca, it says 8 people. if someone in group cancels out or email if 9 people okay
cucina-italiana.com
take train to lucca, look at half day cooking classes. many different classes offered even fresh pasta and sauces.
cookly.me
click pasta making classes in tuscany. check what classes are offered and town it's in, look at map if bus or train transport or van to class.
so many places to research and decide. confer with your gang and agree on something. have fun, we have done a few in different cities and one at mercato centrale in florence. hope you find something that suits your fancy

HI there,
While this is not pasta, you may be interested. We have booked at 5 hour pizza and gelato class that is highly rated and many said it was the highlight of their trip. LOVE that everyone makes their own flavors of gelato and everyone gets to try them! NIce variety. You meet in Florence and it's about 15 minutes apparently towards the Tuscan countryside. Enjoy! :)
Hi Kara, our family is traveling to Italy this summer and I came across this cooking class during my research. We don’t have any personal experience but it sounds lovely! https://www.accidentaltourist.com/#
^ hands down the best
cooking experience we’ve ever done while traveling. Luca and Lorenzo will meet you at the train station in Florence and transport you to their house.
Hi Kara,
One of the best cooking classes I have ever attended was in Montepulciano with Ciao Fabry Tours. Fabrizio was taught how to make pasta by his Italian mama and the private class was held in his home. He taught us how to make a few different pastas and sauces to go with them. He is a natural, shared great stories, and it was an authentic experience since it was held in his home. Here is his website with the cooking class info: https://www.ciaofabrytours.com/cooking-classes-in-tuscany
Have a great time! -Norman
