Two of us will be traveling to Rome (4days) and then Sorrento (4days) with side trips to Poisitano, Capri, and Paestum.
We would like to add on a few days at a cooking program. Guess it could be back in Rome, too. Any suggestions? We're looking at the first week in April. Thanks.
Cooking classes are not cheap.

If Sorrento or Rome aren't acceptable, do a search for "Capri cooking schools" or any other town.
My cousin did that search and found a good one in Florence several years ago.
The costs I have seen are pretty high.
Though I have never been Mamma Agata's cooking class in Ravello is highly rated on trip advisor. At least it's in the Amalfi area.
