Cooking classes in Rome or Sorrento

My wife and I are spending a week in Rome and a week in Sorrento in early June and love to cook. Any suggestions for a 3 or 4 hour class?

Check out cookingclassesinrome.com with Chef Andrea. We had a fantastic afternoon at this class, plus he teaches so much about real Italian dishes vs. what we thought was Italian.

You might check out Mamma Agata's famous cooking classes in Ravello, a beautiful town along the Amalfi Coast (inland and uphill a bit from Amalfi). Mammaagata.com. I have been to the lovely town, not the classes, but have often heard about her classes, cookbooks, etc.

Thank you , Jean and Larry, for the suggestions. Unfortunately both are fully booked, evidence of their quality. My mistake for not having thought of this further ahead of time!
