I recently took a pasta making class from Grano & Farina Scuola di Cucina in Rome and really enjoyed it! I wouldn't hesitate to take several more classes from them! The couple who run the cooking school are very personable and the classes are small, very informative and completely hands on from start to finish! They have a wide variety of classes and I highly recommend them.

Loved our cooking class here.
It was the best Italian food I’ve ever had, and we made it! Plus it was fun to take the vaporetto to the quaint island of Lido to take the class. We’d definitely do it again!

used to teach at a school in Paris. I had a great class with him there. He has now opened his own school in Rome and I’m sure it would be a good bet.
