Cooking Classes in Rome

Has anyone had good experiences with cooking classes in Rome? Our family of 4 would like to take a class with a market tour! Looking forward to your advice.

We loved our day with Chef Fabio, http://www.fabiolouscookingday.com. We shopped in the ghetho and Campo dei Fiori, then off to his apartment near the Spanish Steps to cook and eat. He is truly passionate about teaching.

I do not believe that the standard class includes a market tour, but for the cost and the ability for a single person or couple to get in with another group, my wife really liked Andrea Consoli and his class: http://www.cookingclassesinrome.com/
