Has anyone taken cooking classes in Positano? Any recommendations? Anyone familiar with the company called Cooking Vacations and owner Lauren Birmingham?
I didn't take any cooking classes while I was on the Amalfi Coast, but I really wanted to go to Mama Agata's in Ravello. They get really high reviews, which you can read on tripadvisor. It was cost prohibitive for me at the time (190 euros for an afternoon class). Out B&B host recommended it too.

Hi Julie, I took a week long program with Cooking Vacations in Positano. The company is American/Italian and right on site. Lauren the owner offers first-hand created hands-on cooking tours throughout Italy. They are excellent and helped me streamline all my vacation planning even beyond the cooking classes. I am going to Italy again this year, third time in a row with Cooking Vacations Italy. They were on the cover of National Geographic recently and Lauren also writes for Tastes Of Italia Magazine.
