Cooking classes in or near Siena

I will be in Tuscany from October 8 through 12 of this year and we are hoping to find a good cooking/wine tasting class in Tuscany. Also, we are thinking of doing a hot air balloon ride while we are there. Any recommendations? Thank you so much!

Hi Elaine. Questions regarding cooking classes and wine tasting near Siena is a frequently appear on the Forum. So if you use the Search box at the top of the page you will find a number of past responses. Sorry, I don't know anything about hot air balloon rides.
