Hi I'm looking for a hands on authentic non touristy cooking class. Preferably an all day one not just a few hours of cooking even a couple of days long. Any around the lakes region.
Really appreciate any help. Going into a restaurant to help would also be great.

it might be helpful if you do some of your own research, knowing what your budget is as well as the type of cooking class you want.

Be aware that if you go to a restaurant "to help", that is called working and means that you will need an appropriate working visa.

Il Caminetto Restaurant has a cooking class in Varenna. They will even pick you up from the ferry area and drive you up the hill to the restaurant. We had a lovely time !
