Cooking classes in Florence and/or Venice

My wife and I are going to Florence and Venice for our honeymoon from May 4-12. We love unique classes, especially cooking and good wine and we're looking at different cooking and experiences offered online and on AirBnB. Does anybody have any recommendations for cooking classes or any other classes? We also saw some walking tours and wine and yoga that we're interested in.

Any thoughts?

Thanks y'all.

Congratulations on your upcoming honeymoon plans. We booked two classes through this company for July so I don’t actually know the specifics but the school gets good reviews and the booking manager has been really helpful and responsive. https://www.mamaflorence.com/en/classes/?all=1 One granddaughter is doing the Bicycle Tour and Cooking Class and the other is doing the Vegetarian Class. I see that they also have a Fiat and Cooking Class and several other unusual classes.

I can vouch for Mama Florence Cooking School . . . over 2 separate trips to Florence, I've taken a total of 3 classes - very well run, and a great value! In fact, tonight we're having a pear-and-mozzerrella salad tonight that I got from one of the classes.

Check out Mama Isa in Padova-a 25 minute train ride from Venice. I have taken classes from her twice, and loved it. She has a great website isacookinpadua

Congrats!
We have used www.cookeatitalian.com on two different trips. Manuela holds the classes in her home kitchen. Max class size is 6. One of the classes I went to was just my mom and me. I plan to go again on next trip.

Not a cooking class, but I just took a Venice Bites food tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. The tour was a progressive dinner with stops at five different places that are a bit off the beaten tourist path. Adam and Maya, an American couple who have lived in Venice for over five years, conduct the tours and along the way explain how real Venetians live, while you eat some traditional local foods. Wine was included at each stop too. Tour size is limited to eight people. You sign up through their website. You can find reviews on Trip Advisor too.
Have fun.
