Cooking classes in Cortona

We heard about this cooking class from the helpline posters:" Alessandra's Real Italian Cucina". It was actually a whole day event, not just a couple of hours. You will go to the local markets in Cortona mid morning with Alessandra to purchase what's fresh that day, then go to here home to prepare, cook, go next door to get fresh eggs from the neighbor's chickens, drink wine, and finally enjoy the food everyone made. In our class there were 8 people. Everyone had a chance to contribute to the cooking. For us, the best learning how to make home made pasta, and just can't go back to store bought. I think we finally left Allesandra's house at around 8:30 at night. Everyone left with a binder with all the recipes from the day. Not inexpensive but was well worth it. Here's the link.
