Cooking classes in Bologna/tours of Parma

Has anyone taken a cooking class in Bologna or Parma? We would like to do that; particularly pasta making by hand. What is available and the costs? Also saw where you can tour a parmigiano factory and basaltic vinegar and proscuitto factories. I would like to hear from anyone who has done this and who would they recommend.

When are you going? We have a day tour of a prosciutto ham, parmigiano reggiano
and balsamic vinegar . I can let you know when we returned how it was.

Yes, we are going the end of October, beginning of Nov. for about 3 days in the area. Are you taking a cooking class or tour of the factories? In any event, I'm sure you will enjoy.
