I have a question about cooking classes in Italy. I have heard of weeklong (or more) stays where you cook your meal with the class for lunch. Stay where the classes are being held and also get to tour wherever you are. Has anyone done this? Are they expensive?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks-Kim
