My wife & I are planning to go to Tuscany for our anniversary this Spring, and we were impressed by the website for "Organic Tuscany" cooking classes at Villa San Giuseppe. Does anyone know about this particular villa/cooking class near Certaldo, between Florence/Sienna/San Gimigiano? I understand that their use of this villa is new, but the school has been operating for a few years.
