Cooking classes and wine tasting in Rome

HI! Looks like we will have RAIN during our week in Rome next week, so I am planning my options!

Gotta make lemonade (or should I say pasta or Vino?) from the lemons!

Looking for recommendations for cooking classes (we enjoy cooking!) in Central Rome as well as a wine tasting class.
I already make my own pizza--so looking for something more advanced.

Thank you for the recommendations!

We had a great tasting experience with Vino Roma in the Monti neighborhood. https://vinoroma.com/en/ Not too formal. But sophisticated enough. Good range of wines. And good suggestions for how to choose wine in Italian restaurants.

gave you many to look at, cooking classes/food tours are very popular and be booked in advance. so many people are traveling nowadays and heard rome is so so busy/crowded. friends are on a 14 day Mediterranean cruise that left from rome and I’m on doggie/house patrol duty while they are gone.
hope you find one that floats your boat!
