We will spend a week in Sorento in Oct.2024. We like to take a cooking classes there. Any recommendations?

FWIW, we stayed at a hostel owned by a cooking class chef in Sorrento, but that was 12 years ago, and we didn’t take any class from him, but did eat at his restaurant on New Year’s Eve back then, and it was excellent. Don’t know if it’s still operating, but the hostel isn’t.
