We'd like to take some Italian cooking classes this fall during an extended trip (preferably in Tuscany in late Oct.). Does anyone know of some good, small classes that don't involve accomodations?

Maureen - look up divina cucina on-line. She is a transplanted American with a cooking school in Florence. She has a great website with all kinds of Tuscany tips on her favorite little towns. She has a variety of cooking classes. Have fun!
