Mark, I loved this cooking class I took last September.

Located in an apartment building near the Vatican - easy to get to. Great teacher and assistants, we prepared a lot of different foods and then, of course, we had a wonderful meal. There were six of us in the class. I can't recommend them enough.

Though I didn't take a cooking class with them, I loved a food tour I took in Trastevere with Eating Italy. I suspect the cooking lessons are as good as their tours, so you may want to check them out. Have a wonderful time in Rome!
