Cooking classes?

Can anyone recommend a cooking class in or near Parma? We're looking for a one-day or half-day class only. All the classes we've found online are at least 3+ days long and we're having trouble finding something shorter. And while we're on the subject, any other Parma activities, day trips, tours, etc you'd like to recommend? We'll be there for 3.5 days this fall. Although we like to do a lot of wandering on our own, we'd also like to take advantage of the extended stay by doing something a little more structured. Since my wife loves to cook, and Parma is, well, Parma, a cooking class would be ideal. Thanks!

Thanks Larry. Have you used that service? I couldn't help but notice that the site had several sections that were still "under construction" -strange for a site that's been around since '02. We've found several one-day cooking classes/seminars around Siena and Florence, but still none around Parma (a foodie heaven if there ever was one). I must be missing something here.

Bob, I have not used the tour service. Like Kathy, I bookmark a lot of places I would like to visit and things I would like to do.
