Hi. My husband and I and 13 year old granddaughter will be in Rome for only 3 full days in April, but she is interested in a cooking class. Any advice on the advisability of this, and has anyone had some recent experience with a child this age in a class? There are online resources but it is good to have a recent recommendation, I have found.
