We just went today to Marco Sala’s Chef’s Table pasta making class. It was fabulous! We made 8 types of pasta and ate the pasta with a full lunch including wine, appetizers and tiramisu for dessert. Marco was fun to learn from and very patient with my poor listening skills! He is a fully trained chef and also has a restaurant called Locanda Cavallino beside the ferry terminal. His cooking classes are beside the train station so easy to walk to if staying in Varenna or coming from somewhere else. Highly recommended!
