Cooking Class in Tuscany

I am looking for a one day cooking class in Tuscany. Perferrably in the Chianti region. Any references?

We took an evening cooking class in Florence. Maybe4 - 6 blocks from Pont Vecchio. Booked it through Viatours. About 3 hours. I believe they also have longer classes We enjoyed it.
