I'm looking for suggestions for our family (5 adults) trip to Italy in October. We are staying close to Pienza and would love to cook during our time in Tuscany. (We are also staying in Florence but prefer to use that time to sightsee). Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

you might give your lodging a call and see what they recommend.
This Ex pat is located in Pienza and is supposed to give cooking lessons
this is in Chianti and a 1h30m drive
