Does anyone know of a fun family friendly cooking class in Tuscany? We are staying 15 minutes outside of Florence. We have a car and are willing to drive for the right experience.

Jadi - Try divina cucina (just google for the website). It is a Florence cooking school run by an American. I have not been myself - but her website and blog are great. Check it out. Have fun.

I had a good experience with Acciental Tourist. They have a meeting point in Florence and then take you to several places for wine tasting and the cooking.

My wife and I took a class at Scuola di Arte Cucina in Florence (www.cordonbleu-it.com) and really enjoyed it. BIG SUGGESTION. Do not drive in Florence. Take a bus or taxi. There is no parking and fines are healthy. Read the Florence Car Rental thread dated 6/29 in this section of RS Helpline.
