Has anyone recently taken a one day cooking class in Siena?

Not cooking but we took a wine class with Tuscan Wine School in Siena. The walking food tour was cancelled so we took the wine class on a whim and it turned out to be a great experience. What we learned changed a lot of our wine/eating habits and the information was reinforced everywhere we went in Italy. We also ended up shipping a case of wine and oil back home. The $40 bottles of Brunello average $139 at home (I found out after I got home) so I was pretty happy about that.
