Cooking Class in Sicily and Matera

We are interested in a short (4 hrs or less) cooking class in either Sicily or Matera. Any recommendations?

Check out 'things to do' on TripAdvisor. I don't have any first-hand experience but I've seen classes offered there. Check your specific city - Sicily is a lot bigger than you think!
