We'll be in Sicily in mid March and would like to take a cooking class. The locations we will have time are Palermo, Ragusa and Siracusa (Ortigia). Can anyone recommend a great class? Rick Steve's mentions Duchess Nicoletta in Palermo. Wondering if anyone did that one?
Thanks in advance.
My husband cooked with a cesarina in Palermo and in Siracusa this spring --- have you ever done that (cooked with a home cook in her own kitchen, then you eat the meal with her and maybe her family) or are you looking for an actual class? He's done that in other cities in Italy, too, and recommends it.
We booked a Cozymeal class in Palermo (I'm not sure if they are also in Ragusa and Siracusa). Our chef Maria-Pia was amazing. We prepared a delicious fresh pasta meal with seafood plus delicious cannolis and loved it. They also have some other options in Palermo: https://www.cozymeal.com/it/palermo/cooking-classes
Yeah, I tried their class. The lunch part was my favorite.
