Cooking class in Rome with teens?

We had such a good time in our Salzburg strudel and pretzel making class that we want to incorporate another class in our next trip! Any suggestions/experience with a fun, not too simple cooking class that we would enjoy as a family of 4 ( adults, 2 young teens)?

Thank you!

It has been a while, but they are still going strong and I see good reviews, so I still recommend https://cookingclassesinrome.com/

The chef worked in the US (I think his wife is American as well) so language is not an issue. My wife, who is pescatarian, was accommodated, and they worked her (a solo) into another group. You make an appetizer, make pasta, a second course, and dessert. She really enjoyed it, it was fun, she learned some things.

Our teenaged granddaughters took 2 cooking classes each in Rome in 2019. They enjoyed both but Cook With Us in Rome had more families participating. It is located in the northern tip of Trastevere near the river and just outside the Vatican City walls. https://www.cookwithusinrome.com/
