Hi There, I have taken the class www.cookingclassesinrome.com and they started at about 1ish.. not sure if this is too early for you. you can email him and see if he can make an accomodation for a later class..he is great, best cooking class i took in italy and extremely cheap-most will charge 150E and up, he only charges 50E... hope this helps, lisa
