Cooking class in Puglia recommendations?

Hi there,
My husband and I will be staying in Monopoli April 17-21 and would love to experience a great cooking class. Recommendations?

DireFare gustare cooking class in Masseria. Hands down the best. Mara and Marina are fantastic. You will not be disappointed.
