Cooking class in Florence

We would like to take a half day cooking class while in Florence. Any suggestions as to websites or classes for us?

Our morning spent with Cook eat Italian in Florence was one of the highlights of our trip last summer. The chef Mauro took us through pasta making, then a second course and dessert. The group was small- 6 or 7 of us- so it was easy to ask questions and there was plenty of participation. We chose it because we only had half a day and wanted a class in Florence. It was also one of the better value options - some other courses we looked at were really expensive. I would recommend giving it a go if you get the chance. In Florence, my wife and I both took a 1-day Tuscan cooking class at La Scoula di Arte Culinaria Cordon Bleu with Cristina Blasi and Gabriella Mari. The class was about 6 hours long and we still recommend this cooking school. Here's the link. http://www.cordonbleu-it.com/english/about-us.html Judy Witts Francini runs the Divina Cocina cooking school in Florence. Her school is well known. http://www.divinacucina.com/ There is also a cooking school called The Spice Lab. They have one-day cooking classes. Here's the link: http://tuscancookingclassesinflorence.com/ I believe that Accidental Tourist also has a cooking school in Florence.
