My husband and I will be in Florence this September. We would love to do a cooking class. Have any of you taken one? Did you enjoy?? Any advice is appreciated!
We did the full day wine tasting/cooking class with Accidental Tourist http://www.accidentaltourist.com/index.php in October 2008, and it was absolutely the highlight of our trip! It's a RS recommendation and we'll be doing it again when we return to Florence with friends in 2012. Enjoy!
My wife and I took the one-day Tuscan cooking class at Scoula de Arte Culinaria Cordon Bleu in Florence. We really enjoyed it. http://www.cordonbleu-it.com/english/about-us.html Second, Judy Witts Francini has relocated her cooking school (www.divinacucina.com) to Colle Val d'Elsa near Volterra. I don't know how much of her classes remain in Floence.
Thanks for the feedback. It's good to know they were enjoyed! We are looking at doing one that begins in the market, where we pick up the ingredients! I will look into the companies you have provided :)
