Hubby and I love to cook. We would like class, smallish, in Florence, to include going to the market to purchase ingredients. Please help.

Not the independent type class you might be looking for, but here's a link to several options...this is a larger company, easy to book and lots of choices.. Prices seem pretty good as well...

We did a RS tour last June and had a cooking class in Florence.
Excellent, "animated" chefs who were fun to be around and we enjoyed it. It did not include a trip to the market, but we did make bruschetta, pasta, tiramasu, etc. Then had a great lunch in the cellar with plenty of wine. :)
