Cooking class in Cortona area

We are looking for a one day cooking class in Cortona. We have been unsuccessful in finding a cooking class. We would love any current or recent suggestions. We will be in the area the first week of September 2017.

We did the Tuscan culinary class with Shirley and we loved it. I tried looking it up but it doesn't seem to be working when I checked tripadvisor. I would just look at the classes shown on tripadvisor. Enjoy!
