Any recommendations for a cooking class in Cortona? Thanks in advance, Mary
I have taken two cooking classes at Il Falconiere, lots of fun. After the class, you are seated in their dining room where you eat what you cooked. I am hoping to join one of Alessandra's cooking classes this June. Her class sounds like even more fun because you meet her in the morning and go around with her to the shops and markets to buy what you are going to cook. I can't remember what her last name is but she is the owner of a shop in Cortona named Il Girasole. I think you can get information about her cooking classes on that website. Go by there when you are in Cortona, she has some wonderful things in there.
