We are 4 adults who will be in Bologna for 3 days in August. Can anyone suggest a cooking class there?
Thanks
I have heard good things about Emilia Delizia, which has cooking classes and marker tours, and Cesarine, which has classes for 120€ per person.
My husband loved making pasta at La salumeria da Bruno e Franco: http://www.la-salumeria.it/notizie-la-salumeria-bologna/corsi-pasta-fresca-bologna-2015.html
I should say that he is a really good cook and had made pasta many times before, but still learned a lot, and also that the classes were in Italian, which he speaks well, so it would be good to find out if they also offer classes in English or at least with some English translation.

you can check out getyourguide.com we have used them for other activities before with no problem. you can also ask owner/proprietor at the place you're stay you're staying. look at tourist info shops for other things that may interest all of you. took a cooking class in florence with four "crazy" friends and had a fabulous time (hat, apron, wine, recipes and certificate when over) and chefs were interesting and funny. you may find other tours, after our class we stopped at a cafe outside for more wine and people watched enjoying the ambience.
aloha
My wife and some friends did "Taste of Italy" a few years back and LOVED it. Marisol speaks good English. Think we paid 99 euro/person for an all day class that started with a trip to the market in the morning to pick out the ingredients fresh.
