We have one day to play before our cruise starts (have already done Rome) and would like to consider a cooking class in or very close to Rome. I did one in Tuscany (out of Florence) and loved it. Would like to try another one with my daughter. Anyone know of something you can recommend? Thanks!

We are finally leaving for our Italy vacation on Thursday!! On Saturday, we are planning a cooking class with Andrea Consoli, chef from Le Fate restaurant. I don't remember where I heard about him, but read reviews from TripAdvisor before booking and they're all great (and Le Fate restaurant gets excellent reviews as well). In addition, he is very reasonably priced.
