I am interested in taking a pasta making class in the Dolomites (Val Gardena and Toblach areas) but I'm unable to find one (on Airbnb experiences, Viator etc). Do you guys know any local class that's not well advertised but I can still book via direct contact?

Have you been to the Dolomites with its Austrian-German influenced cooking?
Anywhere in the rest of Italy would offer better locations to take pasta cooking classes than the Dolomites.
