Does anyone know of a half day cooking in class in either Bologna, Florence or Rome?

The only ones I know are "full day" in Roma, which generally means 9:00-3:00, including leisurely lunch. Try http://www.fabiolouscookingday.com/cooking_rome.php for an informative and fun day. We took Chef Fabio's class last year and really enjoyed ourselves

In Florence: "Cook Eat Italian" has classes in central Florence and do a day cooking class out in a Tuscan farmhouse. http://www.cookeatitalian.com
