Bologna Cooking class

Yes! Felsina Culinaria. Taking this class was something truly special, an experience we’ll always remember and absolutely worth the cost. Unlike many other classes in Italy that are held in crammed kitchens, we did this one in the lovely villa of Bianca and Antonio. The dishes we prepared were outstanding, honestly the best food we enjoyed during our two weeks in Italy. We left not only with wonderful memories but also with genuine pasta-making skills!

We also did a Cesarine class, but it felt artificial and the food was not nearly as good. I also heard they keep a huge chunk of the money that should go to the nonnas they employ.

Can confirm everything @Jan said about Felsina, it's a national treasure and we're planning on going back next year.

I am planning a vacation to Bologna in August so I am also really interested in this.
