Has anyone stayed at this hotel on Grand Canal or know any-thing about it? Insight Vacations books their tours here & I've read some very worrisome reviews about this hotel. I won't book this trip until I can get better info. I'll truly appreciate all input. Thank you.

Thanks Seattle Michael. Trip Advisor is where I read the first worrisome reviews and was hoping someone might have had a stay there. I'll keep searching.
