Hi, I have been trying to make a reservation at Residenza Cellini in Rome for last one week through their website (not updated to 2007 dates) and through email. I havent received any response. Does anyone know how to contact them? I need to make a reservation for September.

I have tried 2 times to email Residenza Cellini regarding a reservation but I also haven't gotten a response back.
It is not uncommon to not get a timely response. We waited four weeks before hearing back from our Lake Garda pick, but when they did respond it was apologetic, helpful and affirmative. I think some places sit on requests as a means of giving themselves more choice among customers. Sometimes their command of language is not the best. Perhaps wait one more week.
phone calls from the US aren't expensive. You can get a phone card at Target, etc., that costs a few cents per minute. If that's the hotel you have your heart set on, you should just call, do it in the morning US time to account for the time change. I called my hotel in Copenhagen this morning to confirm my reservation and it was much easier than attempting to explain via email and wait for a response. I wouldn't wait too terribly long for September, I made my hotel reservation for Rome over a month ago and had a bit of trouble finding a room.
