Has anyone been able to contact Hotel Riva in Venice recently? I have made multiple,unsuccessful attempts to reach them by email and through the hotel website. I'm wondering if they re-opened after the renovations mentioned in the guidebook or if the could have re-opened under another name.

I don't have personal knowledge but I have noticed that the most recent review - in any language - on Tripadvisor is for stays in the late summer of 2012 and that the price list on the hotel official website gives prices only for 2012.
Putting one and one together and getting 5, it looks like they don't currently have customers.
