contacting Hotel Gea di Vulcano in Rome

My experience with emailing hotels in Europe: be patient, sometimes you don't get a response for a day or two.

If you've gotten no response in a couple days, try faxing. Faxing often seems to work better, who knows why.

If your email is rejected, you may be using an outdated email address. The hotel might have changed its ISP.

I know the original post is old...but it's interesting to note I'm having the same problem at the end of 2011.

Tim. I notice on their website ( in small print) that the hotel bookings go through another server( ibooking.com)
